Submissions identified as spam are stored in our database so merchants can review them. Legitimate submissions are passed through immediately and not stored.How we use dataWe use collected data solely to provide spam filtering services to merchants. We do not sell, share, or use data for advertising purposes.Data retentionSpam submissions are stored until the merchant deletes them. Merchants can delete individual submissions or all data at any time from the Formlware dashboard.Merchant dataWhen a merchant installs Formlware, we store their shop domain and settings.
